One of the deciding factors for me in purchasing a home from Hawksview Homes was the impression of quality within their model home.  Now that I own a Hawksview home, I see the quality, I live the quality and I love the quality.  Even though this subdivision is near the Waterloo-Wellington airport, I seldom hear the flights from inside - amazing!  I am so passionate about my new home and quality has everything to do with it!  This has been one of the best decisions I have made.

To the Wonderful Staff at Hawksview,

We did a lot of research prior to building with Hawksview and found most Home Builders weren't even open to minor changes in design to fit our lifestyle.  When we met with the people at Hawksview it was like a breath of fresh air to see that not only do you welcome change, but you encourage it!  Right from day one when I met the Sales Staff, Dan and Rona conveyed the message that Hawksview is a different builder...and they lived up to that difference.

Having a Professional Designer on staff to help us through the process of colour choices was another huge benefit that we weren't expecting!  Tracy was amazing to work with and very patient along the way to ensure that we received the best product we could from your company.

Our Site-Supervisor was another key element to ensuring that the "job was done right"...Steve was fantastic to work with.  There were a couple of occasions where Steve insisted on an improvement or change from one of the Trades People where I would have just let it go.  It became clear to me that Steve was working for the Homeowner and the Trades were accountable to him on our behalf.  Having Steve on site daily just reassured us that our home was going to be done right, and it was!
