Many new subdivisions are born from farm fields.  As such, they are often light on the natural amenities that make Riverwood such an exciting place to live.  Riverwood is literally surrounded by the Grand River, the Grand River Trail network and the protected woodlands of Lackner Woods.

Our current release has a selection of 40', 45' and 50' lots.  Some of our lots back onto trails and have soaring views of the Grand River below.  This limited collection of Riverview lots features some of the best building lots available in the city today.

Before Hawksview Homes selected Riverwood as a preferred community in the K-W Region, we interviewed established neighbours, walked it, and then we flew it!

This aerial photo was taken in the fall of 2007. We chartered a small plane to investigate four potential sites. From the air, it was easy to see that Riverwood is truly the last gem found snuggled alongside the Grand River. Riverwood is simply a great place to raise a family and enjoy all that nature has to offer.
